If you live outside the UK you may be charged for importing these items, it is your duty to check.
Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions: Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Most orders of insect screen and fly screen material are despatched within 3 to 5 days of payment. Product specifications can change without notice. Faulty products will be exchanged or refunded. Refunds are only given if the product is returned in full with original packaging and undamaged within 7 days. Please contact us before returning goods as they will not be processed without an order number. Administration and postage charges will be deducted if there is no fault with the product. Flyscreen Queen does not install screens and recommends that you contact us for instructions and guidance before purchase. We cannot be liable for any damage or wear tear caused by faulty installation or unreasonable and careless force which damages the item. If we need to refund your payment and it is not our fault or mistake, then we will deduct the fee we are charged by the payment provider, eg PayPal. Also, if you order a product and you are based outside of the UK and have not asked for a postal quote, any refund by us will be less any payment provider fees.
